Whether it is working in the L&D world or in my personal life, I bring a builder mindset geared towards creating, improving and taking ownership. I put both curiosity and practical solutions at the forefront to develop solutions that empower others to do their best work.

Throughout my career, I have designed and developed learning experiences for all sorts of audiences, from employees, to customers and partners, across several industries (manufacturing, financial services, tech) using different modalities to provide learners the learning experience they need, when they need it, and in the format they need it most.

  • ● Built the company’s centralized L&D function from scratch, establishing governance frameworks, content development workflows, and implementing and managing the L&D tech stack

    ● Spearheaded the rollout and adoption of the company’s first LMS, partnering cross-functionally to establish governance, reporting dashboards and upload content, driving 85% adoption in 3 months
    ● Built knowledge base hubs in the LMS in partnership with Legal, SecOps, and HR, consolidating 100+ documents into a centralized system, improving searchability and reducing policy support requests
    ● Modernized content development by embedding AI Tools (Synthesia, Evolve, and ChatGPT) to develop 100+ learning assets (eLearning, videos, job aids, and chatbots), cutting content development time by 50%
    ● Managed a $250K L&D budget and vendor relationships across tech and coaching providers; streamlined offerings by standardizing approved vendors, cutting vendor count by 40%

  • ● Owned end-to-end design and delivery or learning programs, LMS Administration, and content strategy for customers, partners, and internal teams
    ● Led the design and development of the Enterprise Client Training Program, developing 50+ courses with Articulate 360, accelerating client onboarding by 20% and achieving an NPS of 83 within 90 days
    ● Built the Partner Certification Program for Sales and Implementation partners, leveraging blended modalities (eLearning, ILT, simulations) to drive adoption, achieving 5 certified partners within 3 months
    ● Launched the company’s first Client Training Series, developing monthly workshops for 400+ clients on product features and best practices, increasing adoption and reducing support tickets by 25%
    ● Oversaw LMS Administration for the entire organization, establishing platform configurations, credential provisioning and content management practices, reducing monthly support hours by 40% (10 to 6 hours)
    ● Managed post-merger LMS migration, consolidating 1,200+ users and 100+ learning assets, aligning systems across business units, generating savings of $97,000 and driving up user engagement by 15% (50% to 65%)
    ● Led the continuous improvement efforts of all employee and client-facing learning materials, implementing changes and improvements on 100+ courses based on user feedback collected through surveys

  • ● Owned the development of enterprise learning programs for a multi-year, multi-million dollar enterprise software implementation project for the Group Insurance business unit, supporting 2,000 employees
    ● Designed and developed a blended learning program for the Commissions and Broker Compensation team, focused on system functionality and process changes, achieving an NPS score of 95
    ● Built a broker-facing knowledge base and video tutorial library covering the functionality of the new Broker Self-Service Platform, developing 15+ guides and 30+ training videos
    ● Created over 100+ learning assets, including technical documentation, microlearning courses, simulations, and workshop materials using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Articulate 360 and Camtasia
    ● Managed the publishing and reporting process in SuccessFactors LMS, streamlining delivery and tracking, driving a 100% completion rate across 2,000 employees within 6 months

  • ● Delivered Agile methodology training to cross-functional teams that increased adoption by 50%, improving project delivery timelines by 25% within the first year
    ● Designed and a delivered a 5-day Consultative Selling workshop for 15+ territory managers, across 4 countries, increasing client engagement by 20% and driving an estimated $2.6M in incremental revenue
    ● Developed and translated 25+ courses on Valmont’s agricultural product lineup, serving 20+ dealerships across Central and South America
    ● Implemented a performance review system in Workday for all Spanish-speaking employees, increasing the engagement of Spanish-speaking production team members by 60% in 3 months

  • ● Developed comprehensive safety training materials for warehouse workers, including guides and courses as part of a OSHA compliance initiative

    ● Translated all of the company's courses and training materials into Spanish, providing easier access for Spanish speaking employees to training
